Good Luck Real Estate

Our place is located at 122/85 in Bharathi Colony. It’s right in the Peelamedu area, so it’s easy for neighbors to find us. At Good Luck Real Estate, we spend most of our time looking at local listings and talking to folks who live around here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we get work done. We’ve lived and worked around Peelamedu for a while, so we know the streets pretty well. Most days start with checking the new messages and seeing who’s looking to move. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Sometimes things are slow, and other times we have three people waiting to talk at once. We don't use a lot of fancy software or anything. It's mostly just notebooks and talking to people face to face. Being in Bharathi Colony is nice because it’s a quiet spot but still close enough to everything. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages. If you're looking for a spot in this part of town, you probably walked past us already. We don’t go in for big advertisements. We just wait for someone to knock or call the landline. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure things get signed and keys get handed over when they’re supposed to. We just take it one day at a time here at 122/85.
