We are located at Yoga Towers, which is on the first floor on the Tirupur Road in Perumanallur. It’s quite easy to find since we’re near the Government College and the school, and SP Apparels Unit 2 is also close by. This part of Avinashi is always moving, with students and workers going back and forth all day. At Housing Properties & Promoters, we mostly deal with land and houses in this area. It’s a lot of walking around different plots and checking out boundaries. Sometimes we spend the whole day out in the sun and come back to the office in Yoga Towers just to finish up the paperwork. It’s a regular office with some old wooden desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't go in for fancy talk or expensive advertisements. Most of the people who come to see us are local farmers or families looking to buy a bit of land for a house. We know the Avinashi Taluk pretty well by now because we have lived around here for such a long time. It’s a grounded kind of business. We spend a lot of time talking to people, hearing what they need, and trying to find something that fits their budget without a lot of hassle. It’s not always easy, especially when the paperwork gets complicated or the registration office is busy, but we just take it one step at a time. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation with a neighbor or checking a property file.
