We’re located at 297 Trichy Road, right in the Singanallur area. You’ll find us pretty close to the Radharani Theatre. It’s a busy road, so there is always the sound of buses and cars passing by outside our windows. Gk Real Estate is a small operation. We don’t have a big team of sales people in suits. It’s just us in the office, keeping track of the local property scene. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the streets in Singanallur by heart. People come to us when they are tired of looking at confusing online ads and just want to talk to someone who lives and works in the neighborhood. We keep things very simple. We show you the properties, tell you what the situation is with the title or the water, and let you make up your own mind. We don’t believe in pressure. Our office is just a place with some desks and a lot of local knowledge. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, but we manage. Being near the theatre is handy because everyone knows the landmark. We’re just local folks trying to help other local folks with their housing needs. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we do and we’ve been doing it at this same spot on Trichy Road for a good while. You can usually find one of us here from morning until the evening rush.
