Our little office is over at 1/3, Alaguthevan Thottam in Sulur, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good many years. It’s mostly just us here, keeping track of the local houses and plots that come up for sale or rent. Sulur has changed a lot since we started, with more people moving in, but we still remember how most of these streets looked before the new buildings went up. We don't have a big team or anything like that, just a few of us who know the area and the people living here. Usually, someone is in the office by the morning to handle the calls. We spend a lot of time out on the road, showing people around or meeting someone at a site to check the boundaries. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, especially with the newer regulations, but we just take it one step at a time. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or cousins of people we’ve helped before. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything, mostly just some notebooks and our own memories of who owns what. If you happen to be near Alaguthevan Thottam, you can usually spot our place without much trouble. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving along for everyone involved.
