Sri Chakravarthy Agencies is tucked away at number 8 in the Sivasuramaniam Layout, right off Dhali Road in Udumalpet. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main road, though you can still hear the traffic if the windows are open. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge glass front or anything. It’s a modest setup where we handle our daily business. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from Udumalpet or folks who’ve been told where to find us in the layout. The office is usually cluttered with paperwork and the usual things you’d find in a busy agency. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting lounge. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the desk. We focus on the tasks at hand, whether it’s dealing with orders or talking to suppliers. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just keep going. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the people in the neighborhood and they know us. We don't use big words or try to act more important than we are. We just provide what people need and try to be fair about it.
