Kathir Export & Import

We are based out of No. 12/ 1- B Nambititalaibanpattayam in Nangunery. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. Working in Nangunery is different than being in a big city. Things are a bit more relaxed, though we still have our busy spells when the shipments arrive. We handle both exports and imports, so there is usually a mix of different things coming through our doors. The building is just a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It stays relatively cool inside even when the sun is beating down on the road outside. We spend most of our mornings going through the inventory and seeing what’s ready to move out. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it's needed most. If a truck shows up early, everyone helps out to get it sorted. We’ve had the same neighbors for a long time, and we often stop to talk to them when we are out on the porch for a minute. It’s a quiet life but we stay occupied with the logistics and the paperwork that piles up. We don’t have any big marketing plans or fancy goals. We just want to make sure the items get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s practical work for practical people, and that suits us just fine.
