We are over here at 95 Ngo New Colony in Palayamkottai. It’s a pretty quiet spot for the most part, though things get a bit hectic when we have shipments moving through. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls and checking on where things are stuck. We’ve been in this part of Palayamkottai for a while now, and most people around here know us as the folks who handle the impex side of things. It’s mostly just us sitting around the desks, trying to keep track of all the paperwork that comes with moving goods. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait around, which gives us time for a tea break near the corner. We don't really have a big fancy team, just a few of us who know how the system works. The building itself is older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We don’t try to make things sound more complicated than they are. We just take the orders, find what's needed, and send it where it needs to go. It can be a long day sometimes, especially when there are delays at the customs or with the transport trucks, but that’s just part of the routine. We like being in this neighborhood because it’s easy for the staff to get to, and it feels like a real community. We keep things pretty simple around here for everyone.
