Falcon Export & Import

Our office is located at No. A-27 in the NGO A-colony, which is part of Jawahar Nagar over in Palayam Kottai. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit unusual to have an export and import business right here, but it works for us. The building is just a standard house that we’ve converted into a workspace. Falcon Export & Import has been operating out of this spot for a while now. We handle a bit of everything, bringing things in and sending things out. The street is usually lined with parked bikes, and the neighbors are used to seeing us around. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the gate so people know they’ve found the right place. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves of samples and stacks of documents. We don’t really do "corporate culture" here. Most of the time, we’re in our shirtsleeves just trying to sort out customs issues or tracking where a container has ended up. It’s a lot of waiting on the phone and sending emails. Palayam Kottai is a decent place to work, even if the summers are a bit much. We just keep the fans going and stay focused on the work. We aren't doing anything fancy, just moving goods back and forth and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve all gotten used to over the years.
