Gro Impex

Being out on South Bypass Road at Mg Raj Trade Park is pretty convenient for us. Gro Impex is tucked in there among a bunch of other businesses. It’s a good spot because the trucks can get in and out without getting stuck in the city center traffic. The trade park is usually buzzing with people moving crates around. Our space is mostly storage and a small area for the computers. We handle a lot of different goods coming through. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we manage. We don't have a receptionist or fancy signs. Most of the time, the guys are just wearing jeans and work shirts because there’s always something to lift or move. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We keep the paperwork in some old binders and try to stay organized, though it gets hectic when three shipments arrive at once. The South Bypass Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to time our logistics around that. It’s just a practical way to run things. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the vendors around here. We just get the work done and go home. There’s a tea stall at the entrance of the park where we usually end up at the end of the shift. It’s a simple business. No big corporate talks, just making sure the impex side of things stays on track.
