The Hotel Arokya

We've been at 61Chintamani Bazaar for a while now. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. People mostly know us as The Hotel Arokya. It isn't anything fancy, just a place to get some food when you're passing through the bazaar. My cousin helps out in the back and my sister handles the front when I'm away. We get a lot of regulars who come in every morning. Some days it’s quiet, other days it gets a bit loud when the market is full. We try to keep things clean and the food hot. It’s a small building, you might miss it if you aren't looking. We don't have a big sign or anything like that. Just the usual tables and chairs. Sometimes the tea runs out faster than we expect, especially on cold mornings. We just do our thing every day. If you’re near the bazaar, you’ll probably see us there. It’s just how things go around here. Nothing special, just a local spot for people to sit for a bit. We've had the same stove for years and it still works fine. The floor is a bit worn out from all the walking, but it's okay. We open early because that's when people start moving. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. Most folks just want a quick bite before they head back to work. That’s pretty much us. We don't have fancy menus, just what's fresh. Most people just ask what's ready.
