You can find us at No: 18 in Ragavendrapuram. We are right on the Ragavendramutt Road in Srirangam. It is a very traditional part of Trichy, and the school reflects that. It’s a primary school, so things are usually quite loud and colorful, or at least as colorful as we can make them with the supplies we have. Little kids are everywhere. We spend most of our time teaching the basics—reading, writing, and some numbers. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else. The parents often stop by to talk to the teachers at the gate. We don't have a big office or a reception desk with a phone that never stops ringing. Usually, it's just the principal or one of the teachers sitting in a small room handling everything. The building is older, and it has that specific smell of old books and floor wax. We try to keep the classrooms airy because Trichy gets so hot in the summer. There isn't any air conditioning here, just ceiling fans that hum all day long. We aren't trying to be a fancy private school. We are just a local primary school for the kids in this neighborhood. We do our best with what we have and make sure the kids are safe and learning while they are with us. It’s a busy, noisy, but good place to be every day of the week.
