You can find us at the Mariamman Complex on Ethumalai Road here in Manachanallur. It’s a recognizable spot in Trichy, and we’ve been operating New Sangam Hotel out of this location for some time now. We aren't a hotel in the sense of having rooms to stay in; it's more about the food we serve. The space is practical. We have enough seating for the local crowd and travelers who come through on their way to other parts of the district. We keep things very basic. There aren't any glossy brochures or big marketing campaigns for our place. Word of mouth from people in the neighborhood is usually how new folks hear about us. We spend most of our day in the kitchen or out front talking to the people who come in to eat. It gets warm by the stoves, especially in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. The menu is written out simply, and we try to keep the prices where they are affordable for everyone. Running a small hotel like this involves a lot of cleaning and early mornings, but it’s what we do. We like being part of the Ethumalai Road community. People know where to find us if they want a quick bite without any fuss. It’s just a normal part of the daily life in Manachanallur for us.
