L V Press is right at 66, West Boulevard Road in Tiruchirappalli East. We are situated directly opposite to Ibrahim Park, which is a nice landmark to have. If you look across the road, you can see people walking in the park while we are inside working with the machines. Printing is a noisy business, especially when the old presses are running full speed. Our shop at 66, West Boulevard Road is usually filled with the smell of ink and the sound of paper being cut. We handle all sorts of small printing jobs for the people and businesses nearby. It isn’t a high-tech lab; it’s a traditional press where we get our hands stained with ink every day. Being in Tiruchirappalli East means there is always something happening outside our door. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars don’t even need to give us much instruction anymore. We just get the job done and have it ready for pickup. The office part is just a small counter and some shelves piled high with samples and finished orders. It is a bit cramped, but we like it that way because everything is within reach. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that we are right here across from the park, ready to print whatever is needed. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know best and we enjoy it.
