A L Property

Our office for A L Property is right on Cauvery College Road, over in Annamalai Nagar at number 3. It's a busy little stretch of road with a lot of people coming and going from the college. We’ve been sitting in this same spot for a good while now. Dealing with property isn't always easy, especially with how much things change around here, but we stay busy. Usually, there’s a couple of us inside looking over papers or talking to someone about a house. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We handle a lot of the local listings. People stop in because they see the sign while they're walking to the shops nearby. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular office where we keep our files. Sometimes we're out on-site looking at a patch of land or a building, so the door might be locked for an hour, but someone’s usually back soon. We know the streets around Annamalai Nagar pretty well by now. It’s a decent area to work in. We don't do much fancy advertising; people just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the college. We just try to keep track of what’s available and help people find a place that fits. It’s straightforward work, really. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show the property and let the people decide for themselves if it is right for them.
