A L Syed Tours Consultants is located at 2/5 on Madurai Road. Madurai Road is one of those stretches that’s always moving, with buses and cars zooming past at all hours. Our office is a small spot right along that route. It’s easy to miss if you’re driving too fast, but we have a small sign out front. Inside, it’s mostly just a couple of desks and a lot of travel brochures and posters on the walls. Most of the posters are a bit old now, but they give the place some color. We have a few chairs for people who come in to ask about trips or look at schedules. It can get quite noisy with the traffic outside, so we usually have to keep the door shut. The space is a bit tight, especially when more than two or three people are inside at once. We have a computer that’s a few years old and a printer that occasionally jams, which can be annoying when we’re in a hurry. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking things online for people. It’s a simple operation, nothing fancy. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the ropes. Madurai Road is a busy place to be, but it’s a good spot because everyone passes by eventually. It’s just a plain, hardworking office. We usually keep some water and tea ready for anyone who stops in. The walk from the main bus stand isn't too far.
