Even though the name says Bangalore, this office for Golden Palms&Spa Resort is actually located at Balaku on South Street in Uthaseeli. That is near Trichirappalli in Tamil Nadu. It is a bit of a distance from the actual resort, but this is where we handle a lot of the back-end stuff. The office is on a regular street in a quiet post office area. It is a very traditional neighborhood. You can see the local life moving slowly outside the window. We have a few computers and a lot of filing cabinets. The pace here is different from the busy resort life. We handle bookings, paperwork, and all the boring things that keep a big place running. The building is a simple house that we have turned into a workspace. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast.
