We are over at 108 Ganapathy Nagar in Thiruvanai Kovil. It is a busy little spot, mostly because of the food oils we handle every day. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we get the work done. The heat gets pretty bad in the afternoons here, so we try to get the heavy loading finished early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. You can hear the oil drums clanging against each other when the trucks pull in. It’s a sound we have all gotten used to over the years. The gate at the entrance has a bit of a squeak that we haven't gotten around to fixing yet. Most of the guys here live nearby, so they just walk or take a cycle to the site. We spend a lot of time checking the seals on the containers because nobody wants a mess on the floor. It’s slippery enough as it is. There’s a tea shop just down the road where we go for breaks. Usually, the talk is just about the weather or how the traffic is moving towards the temple. We don't have any fancy offices or anything like that. It is just a lot of storage space and some desks for the paperwork. Sometimes the power cuts out for an hour, and we just sit outside for a bit. It’s just how things go around here in Thiruvanai Kovil.
