You can find our shop at No 1 and 24 J on Bishop High Road in the Puthur area of Trichy. We are right across from Fatima School, so we see a lot of parents and students every day. Being near the Puthur 4 Road intersection means there’s always a lot of traffic passing by. Our place is pretty straightforward and we try to keep it that way. We have two shop units that we use for our operations. It isn't a big, shiny restaurant, just a local spot where people can grab something to eat. We spend our days preparing the food and making sure the tables are wiped down. The heat in Trichy can be pretty intense, so we do what we can to keep the shop cool for whoever walks in. We've been in this neighborhood for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the people who live nearby. It’s a practical kind of business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules, we just show up and do the work. The school kids come in after their classes, and things get a bit loud for a while, which is fine by us. It’s a normal part of the day on Bishop High Road. We just keep things running as best as we can and try to be helpful to our customers. It's just us doing what we know how to do every single day.
