Fly School

Fly School is tucked away on Mullai Street in Ezhil Nagar. Being near the Bhel area in Trichy means a lot of the families living around here work for the big companies nearby. It is a quiet enough street most of the time, except for when the school day starts or ends. The building is just a normal house-style structure that we have converted over time to fit classrooms inside. It is not a massive campus, so everyone ends up knowing each other pretty well. You can always hear the fans humming in the rooms when the students are quiet and working. We do not have a big cafeteria, so the kids usually bring their own tiffin boxes and eat together in the common areas. Sometimes the rain makes the street out front a bit messy, but we manage to get by. The teachers here have been around for a while and they know the neighborhood well. We do not have any shiny brochures or a big front desk for visitors. If you need something, you just walk in and find someone in the small office. It is a very local kind of place. We spend our days making sure the kids stay on track with their books. After the final bell rings, the street gets crowded for twenty minutes and then goes back to being peaceful. We have been part of this little corner of Trichy for a bit now, just doing our thing. It is a straightforward school life.
