Our shop is number 30 in Nochiyam Village. If you know the area, it's under the Bikshandarkoil Post Office in the Manachanellur Block. It is quite a long address to write down on paper, but in reality, it's just a small spot in the Tiruchirappalli District. We spend our days here dealing with different food items. Life in the village moves at its own pace, so we don't rush things too much. The shop isn't very large, but it fits everything we need. Customers come by from the surrounding houses and sometimes people passing through the block stop in. We keep things simple. It’s mostly about stocking the shelves and making sure we have what people ask for. The weather in Trichy can be really hot, so the afternoons are usually quiet when everyone stays indoors. Then it picks up again in the evening. We've been at this location for some time now and most of the locals know where to find us. We don't bother with anything flashy. It's just a regular shop where we do our work and talk to the neighbors. Sometimes the postman stops for a chat since we are near the post office. It’s a quiet life here in Nochiyam, and we like it that way. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in each day. Our family has been around this district for a long time.
