Arovanam Sugar & Company

Arovanam Sugar & Company is located at 52, Vengadachalapathi Nagar, in the Muthutharasanallur Post area. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is quite a contrast to how busy things can get inside our facility. We handle sugar distribution and some processing, and it’s a job that keeps us on our toes from morning until night. The building is just a plain structure, nothing fancy or modern about it. Inside, it’s mostly filled with stacks of sugar bags and the equipment we use for weighing and packing. We don't have a big team of executives. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. The work is physically demanding and you often end up covered in a fine layer of sugar dust by the end of the shift. We don't use any high-tech systems to run the place. We rely on our experience and a lot of manual work to get things done. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it’s humid and the sugar starts to clump, but we manage. We like being part of the Muthutharasanallur community and have built some good relationships with the locals over the years. We aren't trying to be a massive corporation. We just want to do our job well and keep the business going. It’s a straightforward operation with no frills, run by regular people who know the sugar trade inside and out.
