Truelink Solutions

Truelink Solutions is up on the second floor of the City Centre Building. We are right in the middle of Rice Bazar in Kunnamkulam. Being in the bazaar means it’s always loud outside with people selling things and trucks moving around. You have to walk up the stairs to find us, and the building is usually pretty busy with other offices too. Trichur district can get really hot and humid, so we keep the fans running at full speed all day long. We deal with a lot of technical stuff here, mostly sitting at our desks and working through various solutions for people who come in. The office is full of cables, old computer monitors, and stacks of paperwork. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in the City Centre Building for a good bit of time now. The market downstairs is great for grabbing a quick snack or a tea when we need a break. We don’t really have any big mission statements or anything, we just try to fix the problems that people bring to us. Some days the internet is slow and it makes everything take twice as long, which is just part of the job. We see a lot of different faces every day coming up from the market. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to spend the day.
