Our place is on the Kodungallur - Shornur Road in Thrissur. If you know Patturaikkal, you know where we are. It’s a busy spot in Vasanth Nagar. We handle a lot of computer stuff here. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and checking what came in the day before. The shop is not very large, but we have enough room for the parts and the workbenches. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We have been here in Thrissur for some time now. People bring in their laptops when they stop working or when they need something upgraded. It is mostly technical work, so our hands are usually busy with screws and wires. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big posters. It's just a functional space where things get fixed. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to explain that to the customers. Most folks around here are understanding. We see the same faces quite often since it's a local neighborhood. Working on electronics takes a lot of patience. You can't rush these things or you'll break a small piece. We stay open until the evening most days. It’s a straightforward business. We just do the work that comes through the door and try to keep things moving. It isn't a huge operation, just us in a small shop on the main road.
