My name is Rabeeshv and I run things from my family home, Vadukkumcherry House. We are located in Engandiyur, which is a quiet part of Thrissur. You can find us near the post office. I’ve lived in Kerala all my life and this house has been in the family for a long time. It’s where I handle all my business affairs. I have a landline and a mobile, though the signal can be tricky sometimes in the back rooms. It’s a very local way of doing things. I don’t have a shop front on a main road. People usually just know where the house is or they call the number first. The house is surrounded by some trees and it’s a peaceful place to work compared to the big cities. The mango trees in the yard give a lot of shade in the summer. I keep my files in a small office room near the entrance. Sometimes my family is around while I’m working, so you might hear some noise in the background if we talk on the phone. I’ve been doing this for some years. It started small and stayed that way, which I prefer. I enjoy the slow pace of life here. I handle the calls and the paperwork myself.
