Our office is at Chittilappilly Kunnath House, which is located near Kadamthode. It’s more of a residential setting than a business hub, which we actually prefer. The house is a solid old building with plenty of space for our small group. We’ve turned the front rooms into our main working area. Outside, there’s a lot of greenery, and you can hear the birds in the trees when the windows are open. It’s a far cry from the noisy city centers. We don't have any formal dress code or anything like that. Usually, we just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. The kitchen still feels like a kitchen, and we often find ourselves standing around the table talking about things that have nothing to do with work. Since we are near Kadamthode, the area is fairly calm, and you don't get much traffic passing by. The driveway has enough space for a couple of bikes and a car. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small one so people don't get lost trying to find the house. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it suits the way we operate. Most days are pretty predictable, and we like the routine of coming to a place that feels more like a home than a stiff office building. There is a sense of peace here that you just don't get in a skyscraper.
