Our business, Novus 4Pirsquare Private Limited, is situated at Eranikkal, specifically at the address Sp Iv 2445/1. It’s not a complicated place to find if you know the Eranikkal area well. The office itself is quite basic and functional. We don’t have much in the way of decorations or high-end furniture. Most of what you’ll see are just the tools we need to get through our workday. The space is used for everything from planning to actually doing the work, and it can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We don't follow any strict corporate dress codes or have long, boring meetings about "values." We just talk to each other like normal people and figure out what needs to be finished by the end of the day. The building is just a regular structure that keeps the rain off our heads and gives us a place to keep our equipment. Some days the work is easy and some days it’s a bit of a struggle, but we stay at it regardless. It’s a very local way of doing things, where we value getting the job done over having a polished image. We’ve been here at Sp Iv 2445/1 for a while and the routine has become second nature to us.
