Merebas

Merebas is located at 898, Market Road, right in the middle of everything in Mannuthy. If you know the area, you know how busy Market Road gets, especially on the weekends. Our shop is just a regular place where we sell what people need. We have been here for a while and the building has seen better days, but it is solid. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. Most people find us because they are already walking down the street looking for something specific. Inside, it is a bit cluttered because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. You might have to move a box or two to get around, but we know where everything is kept. The staff is just a couple of local guys who grew up around here. We talk to the customers about the weather or the local news while we work. It is a slow pace some days and a complete scramble on others. We don't have a website or a big marketing plan. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. Mannuthy is a good place to be because everyone knows everyone else. If we don't have something, we usually tell people where else they might find it. It is just about being a part of the local market and keeping things going one day at a time. We enjoy the routine and the people who stop by to say hello.
