Leadway Solutions Llp is up on the fifth floor of the Elvira Complex in Thrissur. It's a pretty standard setup for a business in this area. You take the stairs or the lift and you find us there among the other shops and offices. Thrissur is always a bit lively, and being in a complex means there is always something going on downstairs. We spend our hours looking at files and trying to stay on top of things. The office has a few windows that look out over the street. Sometimes we get distracted watching the traffic go by. It’s not a huge team, so we all know each other’s business. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with their problems and keep things moving. There is always a smell of coffee in the air because someone is always making a fresh pot. We have some old furniture that’s been here since we moved in. It’s comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. We don’t really have a boss who hovers over us. We know what needs to be finished by Friday. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. It’s just a regular way to earn a living in Kerala. We appreciate having a steady place to work every day without too much fuss.
