We operate out of the Pallithottungal House over in Edamuttam. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but we like the pace here. We do a mix of things related to business and trying out new ideas for small enterprises. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we have our desks and some old filing cabinets. We aren't the type to use big words or pretend we’re something we aren't. We just like solving problems and seeing how things can be improved. Some days we are really busy with new projects, and other days we’re just catching up on the basic admin stuff. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Everyone here knows each other’s families, so it’s a very close-knit environment. We don't have a company culture that was written by a consultant; we just treat each other well and work hard. People from around the post office area know us, and we try to be good neighbors. We’re just a small group trying to innovate in our own way without making a big fuss about it. If things get complicated, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s sorted. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and it works for us. That is basically the whole story of this place. We stay grounded and focus on the tasks we have.
