Annalloor Tile Factory

Annalloor Tile Factory has been around here for quite some time now. We are located right in Annalloor, P.O Chalakudy, and if you come by, you’ll see the stacks of tiles piled up everywhere. It is a noisy place sometimes with the machines running all day, but that is just how a factory is. We spend most of our mornings checking the clay and making sure the kilns are at the right temperature. It gets pretty hot inside, especially during the summer months, but we are used to it. The staff here mostly live nearby, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we sit outside for a tea break when the power goes out or when things slow down a bit. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that, just a small desk where we keep the books and answer the phone when it rings. People from around the area usually just walk in to see what we have in stock. The yard is usually full of trucks coming in and out to pick up loads for different building sites. It is messy work, and our clothes are always covered in red dust by the end of the shift. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the tiles are ready when people need them. We keep an old kettle in the corner of the shed for our afternoon tea. There is not much more to it than that. Just a local spot doing its thing every day.
