The team here is pretty small and we all know each other well. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie every day. We prefer being comfortable so we can actually get things finished. The office is basically a house-based setup, which makes it feel very personal. We’ve been here for a while now, slowly building up what we do. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a big corporate board or layers of management. If something needs to be decided, we just talk it out and move forward. It’s a direct way of working that seems to suit our local style. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do right by the people we work for. It’s a modest way of doing things but it works for us.
