Yaduvanshi Cashews Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Chitra Nagar, specifically at Tc 36/256 in the Palkulangara area. It’s a house called Arvindam. Thiruvananthapuram is a busy city, but our little corner near Vallakadavu is relatively calm compared to the main roads. We work with cashews here. Most of the day involves checking the bags and making sure the sorting is done right. It’s dusty work, and you can always smell the nuts in the air. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The front porch is usually stacked with crates waiting to be moved. It’s not a corporate headquarters with elevators or anything like that. It’s just a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have a few people who come in every day to help with the packing. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We talk to the postman when he comes by Vallakadavu P O with the mail. The paperwork gets piled up on the old wooden table inside. We try to stay organized, but when a big shipment comes in, everything else gets ignored for a while. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have fancy signs, just the address on the gate. We just focus on the cashew bags and getting them ready for whoever needs them. It's a lot of manual lifting.
