Terra Group Of Companies operates from Leena Mansion in Vadackal, Alappuzha. Being in Kerala, we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and it is generally a peaceful place to work. The mansion is an old building with a lot of character, and we have set up our office inside. It doesn't look like your typical corporate headquarters. There are no glass elevators or shiny lobbies here. Just wooden doors and rooms that stay relatively cool even when the sun is out. We have several different things going on under the Terra name. It keeps us busy, as there is always something that needs attention in one department or another. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings or writing long reports that nobody reads. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. Sometimes the rain in Alappuzha gets so heavy we can barely hear ourselves speak, so we just take a break and wait for it to pass. It is a relaxed way to run a business but we still manage to get everything done. We appreciate the slow pace of life here while still staying focused on our daily tasks. It’s just a group of us doing our best in a quiet corner of the world. We don't need much more than that to be happy with our work.
