We are located at Railway Quarters No.82/A in the Poojapura area of Trivandrum. Sk Engineering And Construction uses this space as our main office here in Kerala. It is an older building, typical for the railway quarters, but it gives us plenty of room to work. Being near the Poojapura post office is very helpful for our daily mail and documents. The neighborhood is full of trees and has a very traditional feel to it. Our office inside is quite basic. We have a couple of rooms with desks, some old cupboards for filing, and our computers. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or modern office furniture. It’s just a functional place where we can sit and focus on our engineering tasks. The people working here are all locals who have been with us for a while. We don't have a corporate structure with lots of bosses. We just work together to get the projects finished. When it rains, it can get quite loud on the roof, but we just keep going. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. What you see when you walk in is exactly what we are. Just a group of people working hard in a quiet corner of Trivandrum. We show up, do our hours, and try to keep everything organized. It’s a decent, steady way to make a living and we appreciate the simplicity of it.
