Project Engineer

We've been working out of Baiju Bhavan for a while now. It's located in Chamavila, right near Dalumugam. Things can get a bit busy around here in Trivandrum, but we like the pace. Being in Kerala means we see a lot of different weather, mostly rain, which keeps us on our toes. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. It's mostly just us, some coffee, and the work that needs doing. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat. It’s that kind of place. We handle engineering stuff, mostly projects that come our way through local contacts. It started small. We didn't plan on being some huge firm. Just wanted to do the work right and stay close to home. The address is a bit long to write out on envelopes sometimes—Dalumugam P.O. isn't always the easiest to find for delivery drivers. We usually have to give them extra directions over the phone. People know us in the neighborhood, though. We’ve stayed in this spot because it makes sense. It’s quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the city when we need to pick up supplies or meet someone. Life is pretty simple here. We show up in the morning, look at what’s on the desk, and get started. No big meetings or corporate speeches. Just a few desks, some computers, and whatever plans we are looking at for the week. It works for us.
