We are M S Smec India Pvt Limited. Our office is located in Trivandrum, which is down in Kerala. The specific address is TC 7 1405, and the building is called Sreepriya. We are on Kattachal Road in the Thirumala area. The pincode is 695006. It’s a relatively quiet part of town compared to the main city center, which we actually quite like. There are some trees around and it feels a bit more relaxed. We handle the Indian side of Smec’s operations from here. It’s not a flashy headquarters with glass walls. It’s a functional space where we can get our engineering and consultancy work done without a lot of distractions. The weather in Trivandrum can be quite humid, so we spend a lot of time indoors with the AC on. We aren't interested in using corporate jargon or making ourselves sound bigger than we are. We just have a job to do and we use this office to get it finished. Most of us have been working here on Kattachal Road for a good while. We like the local cafes nearby for lunch. It’s a very normal office environment. We focus on our projects and try to be useful to our clients. There isn't much more to it than that. We just come in every morning, do our bit for the company, and enjoy the relatively calm pace of Thirumala. It's just how we work.
