It is not a massive factory with chimneys, just a solid place where we put things together. Every morning starts with checking the supplies that came in. We have a few people helping us out with the packing and the sorting. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which we like. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat while we are loading up the small van. We don't really have a big story other than we just started making food products and kept going with it. It is honest work and it keeps us on our feet. We use the space we have and try to keep everything clean and organized. Being in the P.O. Parasuvaikkal area means we know most of the people around. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is okay and that we can keep the business running for another month. It is a simple way of living and working.
