It’s a quiet enough street, which is good for the kind of consulting work we do. We have been in this spot for some time now. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with drawings, computers, and coffee mugs. It’s not a high-rise corporate tower, just a regular place where we sit down and figure out engineering problems. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our day is spent looking at plans and talking to clients on the phone. It gets a bit cluttered with all the blueprints lying around, but we know where everything is. The people working here are mostly locals who know the Kowdiar area well. We like the location because it’s easy to get to without being in the middle of the heavy city traffic. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets you in. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the technical side of things seriously. It’s just how we operate. We’re just a bunch of engineers doing our thing in a quiet corner of town. We show up, solve the problems, and keep the projects moving forward.
