Impact Events

Impact Events is based out of TRA 58 in Vettamukku, which is a quiet enough spot in the Thirumala area of Thiruvananthapuram. Our place is more like a workspace where we keep all the stuff needed for local events. It is filled with boxes, some fabric, and a lot of lists pinned to the walls. We don't have a big storefront because most of our time is spent out at different venues or handling things over the phone. When we are in the office, it’s mostly about checking the inventory or making sure the transport is ready for the next day. The humidity in Thiruvananthapuram can be quite something, so we keep a couple of old fans running all the time. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask what we are working on. It’s a small, practical setup without any bells or whistles. You won't find any designer furniture here, just some sturdy tables and a lot of storage. The commute to Thirumala can be slow during the peak hours, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic. We just try to keep things organized so nothing gets lost when we’re moving equipment around. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting things and packing them back up. That’s just how it goes here in the Vettamukku office every single day while we get things ready for whatever is coming up next.
