Ammus Kitchen Fresh Foods India Private Limited is located at D2, Bethlahem, within the Chandan Villas in Pottankavu. This is in the Kollode P. O. area of Kattakada. It’s a nice enough area, mostly houses and some green space around the villas. We’ve set up our kitchen here to handle fresh food. Every morning starts early, usually before the sun is fully up, so we can get things ready. There’s no big factory noise here, just the sound of knives on cutting boards and the occasional delivery truck pulling up. We focus on keeping things fresh, which means we don't keep a lot of stock sitting around. We buy what we need and we use it as it comes. The kitchen is clean and organized, but it’s a working space, not a showpiece. We have our regulars who know where to find us in Chandan Villas. We don’t do much in the way of fancy packaging or big ads. We just think that if the food is fresh, people will come back. It’s a lot of routine—chopping, cooking, cleaning, and then doing it all over again the next day. Kattakada is a good place for us because it feels like a real community. We’re just glad to be a small part of it, providing something simple and real from our kitchen to yours. It’s hard work, but we like the steady pace of it.
