Abc Albaike Fried Chicken Restaurant Llp is located at 11/106, Konathu Veedutempammoodu, over in Pullampara P.O. It’s a small restaurant where we spend most of our time in the kitchen. We started this because we like good fried chicken and figured others in the neighborhood would too. It’s not a big chain or anything like that. Just a local spot where you can get a meal. The kitchen gets pretty hot, especially during the lunch and dinner rushes when all the fryers are going at once. We do our best to keep up with the orders, but sometimes when it's really busy, people have to wait a little longer. We try to keep the place clean and tidy, though it can be a challenge when there are lots of people coming in and out. The address in Tempammoodu is easy enough to find once you’re in Pullampara. We don't have a big menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to make well. Most of our staff are just local folks who live nearby. We don't have any corporate training or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for working in a kitchen. It’s a simple life, cooking for the people in our community. Sometimes we run out of certain pieces by the end of the night, but that just shows people are eating what we make. We hope people just enjoy the food and the quiet atmosphere of our shop.
