A.B.S. Trading Company. If you’re looking for us, we’re right by Ganapathy Stores on Rayar Street. Orathanadu is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, and we’re just part of the furniture now. The shop is tucked into the Viji building. It’s usually pretty busy out on the street with people coming and going from the other stores, so there’s always something to see. Inside, things are a bit cramped because we have a lot of stock piled up. We try to keep it organized, but on busy days, it gets a little messy. That’s just how it goes when you’re moving items in and out all day. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. Just the main desk where we handle the paperwork and the phone. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit of a puddle, and we have to be careful with the boxes. It’s a family-run kind of feeling here, even if we aren’t all related. We’ve known the neighbors for years. There isn’t much to say about our history or anything like that. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. If you walk past Ganapathy Stores, you’ve probably seen us standing near the door or unloading a delivery. It’s a simple life on Rayar Street, and we’re happy to be doing what we do.
