Vieno Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is based out of 2401, Athena, which is part of the Rustomji Arbania complex in Majiwade. Being in a place like Athena is a bit different for an engineering firm because it’s a newer, more residential and commercial area compared to an industrial estate. We handle the engineering side of things from this office. We do a lot of the planning, design, and coordination work here. It’s a clean and organized space, which helps us stay focused on the technical details. We don’t have heavy machinery sitting right in the office, but we are always busy with the technical side of engineering projects. The team is small and we all know each other well. We usually have lunch together or grab a coffee from one of the shops nearby. It’s a professional environment but we don't act like a big corporation. We just want to do our jobs well and keep our projects moving forward. Majiwade is a good location for us because it’s well-connected. We spend a lot of time on our computers and on the phone, making sure all the engineering specs are correct. It’s a different kind of pace than a workshop, more about the details and the planning. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the balance it gives us. We don't use any fancy slogans; we just show up and do the engineering work.
