Our place is at Flat 203 in the Goodwill Herritage building, which is on Plot 107 in Sector 16 of Koparkhairane. Navi Mumbai is a big place, but this neighborhood has a good mix of residential and office spaces. Our office is run by the team here, focusing on various engineering projects. It’s a standard flat that we’ve converted to fit our needs. We have a few computers, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps and blueprints lying around. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below. Koparkhairane is a busy spot, and there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack nearby. We don't really have a fancy reception desk or anyone waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and see someone working at a desk. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Engineering projects involve a lot of small details that you can't afford to get wrong. The building is generally well-maintained, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you’re carrying heavy files. We’ve been working out of this Sector 16 location for quite a while now. It serves as a good base for us to coordinate our activities across the city. It’s just a simple office for people who want to get their work done without any extra fuss or corporate jargon. We just focus on the engineering.
