Avis Engineering

We are based out in Manpada, Thane West. The address is Plot 8/A2/27 Acres, inside the Kothari Compound-3. It’s on Tikujini Wadi Road. The compound is pretty big, so you have to look for our sign once you get inside. We do engineering work here. Our space is mostly a large workshop. We have a lot of heavy equipment and metal stock sitting around. It gets quite hot in the afternoons under the shed roof. We use fans, but they just move the warm air around. Most of our day involves fabrication and checking blueprints. We deal with a lot of heavy parts, so there’s a lot of lifting and moving things with the pallet jack. The noise can be quite a lot when everyone is working at once. We’ve got a small area tucked in the corner with a desk where we do the billing and talk to customers. It’s a practical setup. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and the welds clean. The road outside can get pretty busy with people going to the park nearby. We've been in Kothari Compound for a long time now and we're used to the rhythm of the place. It's just a bunch of guys working with metal and machines every day. We usually close up once the light starts to fade in the evening.
