We've been at 2038 Anand Vihar Society in Kalwa for a while now. It's a busy spot here in Thane. Eta Engineering Pvt Ltd is mostly just a few of us working on technical stuff every day. Some days are loud with the work going on. That’s just how engineering is though. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we get things done. People around Maharashtra know us for being regular folks who show up and do the job. Sometimes the traffic in Kalwa makes things a bit slow. We manage to keep things moving regardless. We don't really do big speeches or fancy posters about what we do. If a machine needs fixing or a plan needs drawing, we just get to it. The neighbors in the society see us coming and going at all hours. We try not to make too much noise, but work is work. It’s been a long journey since we started here. We handle a lot of those technical details that most people don't want to deal with. Our desk is usually covered in papers and spare parts. It’s not always organized, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Thane has its own rhythm. We've got used to the local tea stalls and the way the weather changes. That’s pretty much who we are, just a local engineering team making things work.
