Jr Cad Engineear

I'm working as a Jr Cad Engineear over here in Kalyan West. My office is basically a desk in 204 A Wing of the New Tulshi Shyam Society. It's in the Gandhar Nagar area, right near Khadakpada. It's a residential spot, so it's a bit quieter than the main market roads. I spend most of my day staring at a computer screen, moving lines around and making sure the dimensions for these drawings are right. The society has a lot of families, so sometimes you hear kids playing outside while I'm trying to finish a floor plan. It's not a big engineering firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small space where I can focus on the technical details. I have my computer, a printer that jams occasionally, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corner. Kalyan gets pretty hot, so I usually have the window shut to keep the dust out of the electronics. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it at the desk. I’ve been doing these CAD drawings for a bit now, and it’s become a routine. Sometimes I have to go out to sites, but mostly I'm here in the society office. It’s a decent place to work, and the people in the building are friendly enough when we pass in the hallway. I just keep my head down and work through the projects as they come in. There’s always another drawing to fix or a new layout to start. It is simple but it keeps me very busy.
