Upstep Academy Llp

Upstep Academy Llp is based in the Valentina building, specifically in unit 1204, over at Lodha Paradise. It’s right off the Eastern Express Highway near Majiwada. It’s a pretty well-known area, so people don’t usually have much trouble finding the complex. We’ve got a small setup here. It’s an LLP, so it’s just a few of us running the show. Being near the highway is handy for getting around, though the noise can be a bit much if the windows are open. Inside, we’ve mostly got bookshelves and a couple of workstations. It’s not a polished corporate office. There’s usually a few coffee mugs sitting around and some stray papers. We spend our time working on the academy’s programs and talking to students or parents who have questions. We don’t have a big marketing department, so we just talk to people like normal human beings. If we don’t know something, we say so and then go find the answer. It’s a practical way to work. The Lodha Paradise area is quite nice, which makes coming to work a bit better. We aren't trying to be the biggest academy in the country. We just want to do a decent job with the people who come to us. We keep our hours, do our tasks, and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s a simple life for us here at Valentina 1204. No more, no less.
