It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed. We aren't fans of those cold, sterile office spaces you see in the city center. Here, it’s a bit more personal. Ghodbunder Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of life right outside our door. We’re a small partnership, just a few of us working together to keep the business running. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the food and making sure the business stays on track. Every day is a bit different. Sometimes we’re stuck doing paperwork for hours, and other days we’re out meeting people. It’s a lot of hard work, and things don’t always go exactly as planned, but we figure it out as we go along. We’ve grown to like this spot in Vijay Vilas. It’s got a good community feel. We don't try to sound like a big international firm because we aren't one. We’re just local people trying to do something useful in the food industry. We keep our overhead low and our heads down. It’s a practical way to live and work. If you're looking for us, we’re just another door in Building 6, trying to do our best each day.
