Shop No. 5 in Hasnain Tower is where we spend most of our working hours. It is right in the middle of Shimla Park. If you know Mumbra, you know it is a very crowded and busy area. Superfoods Deliverywala India Limited Liability Partnership is a long name for such a small shop. We mostly handle local deliveries from here in Kausa. We pack things up and send them out as fast as we can. It is always noisy outside with all the traffic and people shouting. Sometimes the rain comes down very hard and we have to pull the metal shutters halfway down to stay dry. We started this as a small partnership between friends. We saw that people wanted better food options delivered right to their doors. It is not a fancy place. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, to be honest. We have a couple of old bikes parked outside for the delivery runs. We know all the shortcuts around Mumbra pretty well by now. It takes a lot of coordination to get it right. Checking the lists and making sure the packets are sealed properly is our main job. We do not use big words or have a grand vision. We just want the food to get where it needs to go without any trouble. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to fix them quickly. That is just how a small business works every day.
